Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Heard this over and over again. And to be honest this kind of explanation isnt good enough. You have a lot of extremely annoyed people who are in fact stuck in isolation with no communication from yourselves what is going on apart from, something that's constantly being read off a script. Go through yourselves every single comment on this section and look how many different stories and lies your company has told your customers... it's disgusting and isnt acceptable.

 

Me myself ordered beginning of march the grey 512gb... Im doing a trade in offer and guess what the same as somebody previously  on here have had my return pack delivered to my address. If my phone I have now the s10 is not returned I will owe the price of the phone to your company. And guess what I havent my new phone to replace it. Keeping people connected??? (That's as far out of your promise as your tag states ie breaking your contract and your promise to your customers)

 

Do you know what... every single person on here and that is annoyed throughout the country would be far less annoyed if you all just were on the same page and were honest about what was happening. Just to lie after lie trying to hold us off as you get things together is wrong. And not acceptable. 

 

To be honest I hope this all works out for you as I'm sure you are going to lose a lot of customers due to this. I myself for one am reviewing things

@Katie_BI had a text with the order number but no email confirmation, which is really odd!

We understand that it may be more difficult to return your trade-in device to EE at the moment, so we've made a few changes to help our customers who are self-isolating.

 

To support our customers during this difficult time, we're extending the returns period for trade-in devices from 14 days to 42 days

 

You may still receive communications quoting the normal 14 day policy, but we're working on updating this as soon as possible.

 

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer, we are working closely with them to ensure we fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Right, first time poster. Been following this post just for updates but its time to share my experience. 

I like a lot of you are still waiting for a 512gb. Ordered on 5th March and had zero communication from EE. Not even a confirmation email. I've live chatted several times for an update and had lie after lie after scripted rubbish response and off the back of a couple of chats, a generic text to say your pre order is pending. 

The world is all over the place at the moment and I dont blame EE for one second that they dont have enough phones to go around but it's their fault that they haven't been in touch with anyone. I got told that they dont have a procedure for this type of situation 🤣🤣 

It's a joke it really is. Coming up to a month since pre order and approaching a month since those pre orders should've been fulfilled and if it wasnt for me going onto live chat with them, I'd be none the wiser. Sort it out EE !!!!!

update on my phone! I got it guysss sorry forgot to post earlier got a message from dpd earlier and im so happy the extra ram wouldve been great but tbh im happy with 128 

 

honestly guys best decision i made was to swap it this way i wont need to be waiting donkey time for the 512
