Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Has anyone noticed if you call EE most departments are now closed and they are stating they are only taken emergency calls from the vulnerable ? 

direct you to the chat online but that’s also gone from every webpage there is no chat option !

@Katie_Byes well am waiting for my phone to arrive, have pre-ordered the s20 ultra grey 512gb but still heard anything from EE as when they are going to arrive as I looked via Samsung as well and they don't have any either!

So I woke up this morning and checked my DPD app. Rescheduled for 1st of April.

Went onto Livechat who said it would be delivered today and would pass it to the local depot for confirmation.

 

I got called twice, first confirmed it would be delivered today (area code was for the local depot in Glasgow). Second one also confirmed but this area code was for Birmingham but confirmed a time slot. 

 

The app now says it's out for delivery!

 

Big thanks to all these keyworkers in health care, retail, logistics & other areas. Without these people the world would be chaotic!

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer, we are working closely with them to ensure we fulfil orders as quickly as possible. 

 

As soon as your order is ready for delivery, you will be notified and provided with further tracking information from DPD.

@Katie_Bas I am self isolation elsewhere as nowhere near my address, can I have it delivered to where I am? 🤔

Once DPD has your order ready for delivery, they will provide you a link via text. 

 

You can then divert your parcel to another address by clicking on this link,

Pre ordered on 11th March and still no update no DPD number. Others ordered after me have received theirs ...!
