Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

My Dpd app says the same. Still waiting for my Grey s20 ultra that I preordered on the 8th of March. I'm not Happy. Its a joke. I work for UPS and they're still delivering

 does anyone know if it takes too long after that. I bought my March 14, 20 ultra black 128gb and today updated, nothing more from DPD. news. Your order is coming soon

DPD app is the same for me.  Forcing me to update but there is no update.

 

Tracking is still working on the web although mine has been stuck at on my way to my local depot for 48 hours now.

Ditto, even cleared cache and forced stop but still saying update but none available 🤔

Tracking still doesn't tell me if it's at my local depot

Been using the s20 ultra for a few days now and personally other than the bigger display and double refresh rate which drains the battery quicker than my s10 the extra camera features 100x zoom etc are just per gimmicks and photos at low light are just as poor and over saturated as the s10,

This is my personal experience with the device im sure this will differ for each users experience.

Have you updated camera ? my update did not come through straight away but after about 5 days got used to it at first thought it's going back to my s10 5g just the same but now used to it but trying to use 100x zoom lol what a joke ! Battery life does get better must just be all updates for a few days good luck but money wise !!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
