Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

yes, tracker from ee shows 'Order Dispatched' and originally for tomorrow's delivery but managed to change it yesterday through dpd app for today's delivery.

I updated my DPD app for a delivery today (done this yesterday). Was originally tomorrow.

"As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Sun 29 Mach 2020."

Then underneath it:

"Your parcel is due for delivery on Monday. Your 1 hour time slot is available as soon as your parcel leaves your local depot, this is usually by 14:00"

I chekced the tracking and it hasn't been updatd since yesterday at 01:38am saying it's on the way to my local depot.

Fingers crossed it's out for delivery around 14:00 today!

I was originally down to have it delivered tomorrow, 30th March. DPD received the parcel on 27th and i changed it on 28th to delivery to today (29th) via the app but text and email from DPD says your new delivery date is now 30th March.

The app still says 'As requested, your parcel will now be delivered on Sunday 29th March' so I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Not had any  tracking update from them since yesterday other than to say my parcel was on its way to the local depot.

It won't be ee  have set it up for next day so will be Monday just phoned dpd  as I managed to change it to today aswell bit of a bummer but one more sleep

@SwannyBhoy My situation is EXACTLY the same.

Updated yesterday to deliver today and dates are now all over the place.  According to the DPD tracker my phone will now be delivered today but the tracker also seems to be stuck at "on the way to my local depot".

Am glad you all getting them, I still waiting to hear when I am able to get mine, for some reason it only says grey version on the website now for 512gb and no black ones! Good luck with it all and enjoy it, I am on a waiting game for mine whenever it will be!

@Leanne_T  quick question though if im seeing and hearing of people who ordered same time or after me getting their devices, what happened to first come first served?

@LIGHTERMANUKI am still waiting for mine as well, it sold out on Samsung website so as I said it's a waiting game to get the phone.

@Paulmurph79 I was told next day after a day and paying for next day weekend delivery I rang back to find the order was still open and the phone wasn't in stock...
