Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

You'll get a link that you can choose your time slot probably the day before it's due. Otherwise you'll be given a time slot on the day. They don't deliver sundays as far as I'm aware so I'm doubtful you'll get it sooner than Monday.

Dpd do deliver on Sundays as I have a parcel coming on Sunday from them. Not sure if ee pays for Sunday delivery though if they don't then Sunday is a no no sorry

Hi I have changed it on the app to Sunday I’m hoping it has gone through as the parcel has arrived at my depot in Peterborough, when was it you ordered yours as orders placed after mine seem to be getting delivered before. 
the service I’ve had from EE throughout has been appalling but I’ve seen many others have also had little or no communication from them.

Communication from a communications company is so poor, I think I'm right in saying most of us have had to contact EE for details however poor that detail was.

Here's an interesting one...not a peep from EE or DPD regarding my exchange, only told I had a delivery slot when I rang yesterday....

My phone has just this minute come!! Nothing on the DPD app, no email, no texts. Now let's hope this one isn't faulty!!

So much for giving an hour time slot before 11am, I’ve had issues when i preordered an iPhone last time. I only stayed with them through my upgrade because I thought it would be easier next time I will be going Vodafone as my brother ordered his after and got his before mine through them and their service has been so much better.
