I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Acccording to Samsung 128gb are 12gb ram. 512 are 16gb.
Thats what i have seen at least

Yep spec I've seen is 128gb 12, 256gb 12, 512gb 16 👍🏽

Ordered 128gb black on 5th march with delivery to store, obviously no update since then other than the automatic ones. Just called to get it changed to my home address but that involved cancelling and reordering so don't think i'll be able to claim the galaxy buds now

Surprisingly, EE order status updated to Dispatched.
Same here...although mines is listed as being dispatched on 9th March!

Ordered 128gb black ultra on the 5th March Just had an email, dpd will deliver Monday morning , about time , stay safe people .

Hello all,
I didn’t get an email nor a text but I’ve checked my tracking and it states it’s despatched and delivery will be on Monday 30th.
Check your ee tracker if it’s not updated yet give it till tomorrow before you contact EE

S20 ultra 512gb now showing out of stock in EE web page, I hope that means back orders are being filled now 🤞🏽😊
