Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Done mine through developer options to check ram that is Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

yup. ordered mine 24th feb and had nothing at all from then on. 512gb version.  the email i got to confirm payment is the only thing and it had a link to a status update- that shows on march 9th "good news, your order is coming soon.  16th march "your order is on track", 23rd march "your order is coming soon". the actual order status bar that has "order confirmed, dispatch expected in 24 hr- Order dispatched", is still just at order confirmed.

You would expect at least a circular email to say.. ah damn, its delayed, sorry.   if you call up, they just tell you it is Samsungs fault since they supply them.   Surely they have better info than that given they are not just some tiny shop Samsung dont even have on their radar...

@stu1982That's a lot more updates than us who ordered the 512 versions in shops (even though much earlier). I got it moved to home delivery but I don't expect any update before DPD starts to deliver them.

The problem I have is that it can't send it to my home address as am self isolation elsewhere, so wish I could get that address changed via DPD as the app does have that address on there as well

They told me 28days from date of order when I spoke to an advisor a couple days ago

Dpd just delivered my s20 ultra 128gb black i preordered 6th March so hopefully everyone that preordered before me should have theirs or on the way.

Yeah ordered the 512gb version so at moment not holding my breath 😒

They told me the wait time would be less I'd I switched to 512gb.. dont
know what to believe

My understanding was;

S20 = 8Gb RAM
S20+  = 8Gb RAM
S20 Ultra (128Gb) = 12Gb RAM
S20 Ultra (512Gb) = 16Gb RAM
