Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

As soon as I switched it on, it got stuck on the Samsung logo. Then it kept crashing and restarting. It would restart anywhere from a few seconds after switching on, upto 5 minutes. When I clicked on the camera, the screen went green and pixelated before crashing again. I've been using Samsung for years and never known anything like it. EE tried saying maybe it needed to reboot, switch off and charge for an hour but if anything, it made it worse. I've seen some discussions online where people were having the restart issue but only a few times a day. This was far more extreme.

Thanks for the reply. In a way I'm glad it was an obvious error. I'm maybe a medium level tech nerd, so wouldnt notice anything mild lol. But the unit you received was clearly F**ked.

 

I thought I was for getting the dpd test tonight 😔

You know what ee used to be good then but brought them and now they are slowly going down hill. I bet by Falfield all of there orders and now sending it out for those left with ee. I know they will say they are separate but bt is bt and ee is bt.

Ordered my black 128gb ultra online on the 5th March ,  no text nothing from dpd 

just an other,   your orders on track app update .frustrating as hell . Stay safe people .

Morning All,

 

Just got a email from DPD to say they will be delivering my EE parcel on Monday. I hope this is my phone and not the accessories. Ordered 128gb ultra gray. 3 march. Will keep you posted 😁 bit of home hope!

I have also just had the email from DPD and update in their app to say I will be getting mine on Monday!! Doesn't feel real to be writing this in here... 😂😂

 

128gb in grey, ordered on the 5th

I got the txt too..... But my delivery address is my office and is on lock down and nobody is there.

 

Typically won't let me change address so going to have to physically wait there for my time slot on Monday! How irritating
