I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
i have nothing yet and ordered on the 9th..... typically aswell my office goes into full lockdown from tomorrow so i am going to have to hope DPD will allow me to redirect the parcel!
So it's beginning to sound like pre-orders progressing on a 'first come, first served/dispatched' basis were nonsense unless there are a whole load of DPD dispatch notifications pending.
Hi, if you ordered to the store will it state that on your order? Mine states that I've ordered to my address but I dont think this is correct (although I hope it is my address now that the stores are closed). Just the original link that auto updates every week.
Can anyone that ordered to the store confirm that it DOES NOT display ordered to your address?
I think it is likely that they are still forfilling orders but just for black ones at the moment. It may be that someone ordered after you but in the black version so they may get it before you.
I have now put in an official complaint. I will keep you updated. Definitely too late to get a message now. I was hoping we were all going to be the last ones loaded on to the van or something but highly unlikely now.
