Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@daverjwilliams @Johanm   I'm not even going to comment on the "don't know anything" as it's not even worth a comment.

 

I shall come back to it though, when more devices start being received before the end of the month is out, which they will be.

 

If people are gullible enough to listen to somebody in a cell-centre and even more gullible to post it on a public forum, well good luck to you.

 

However, for the sensible, misinformation like this is the last thing we need here.

Yeah I have to admit everything I have hear even back at the start of pre ordered relays to the 128gb not a single person has commented say they have the 512gb one only that they are still waiting. Not sure if that's because they just haven't commented saying that they have it or just that nobody has received a 512gb one. Be interested to see when people start to get them. I got 128gb one in grey so even with my poor experience can't help with the 512gb one. All I know is that with my it said 13th on the 12th they confirmed. 13th came and no phone so phoned them said I am looking at about the 31st well a week later my phone turned up so dates given are not alway correct. Its a good phone but not sure if its worth the wait, only reason why it wasn't too annoyed was because I had work if we were in lockdown and I was waiting I probably would have cancelled and spent the money on something else.

Hi, there are articles online relating to the 512gb delay , but that’s the ultra 512gb version in general not really a EE problem , as it’s the same everywhere..

as far as the 128gb version goes , there’s lots of companies with plenty of stock .

EE has let down 100s of customers on this issue, simple fact is they did order enough units , thinking about sales more than anything else .

and now where paying the cost . What make it worst is at a time we need to stay home any new device helps a lot. And I like how EE passes the buck o dpd , jokers

I have the S20 ultra 512gb.

I pre ordered from EE 13 Feb and recieved on the 10th

Not sure how much of this is true. I ordered on the 15th of February and nothing on the 13th if March.

Still waiting here for S20 ultra 512gb grey. Ordered on the 1st March online, was told it would be here on the 13th then the 20th and latest was 21 working days from ordering which is this Friday and still nothing....

Any updates?

its so quiet here, people last week Thursday got their dpd notification. Anyone received any yet?

Nope nothing, I'm hoping it turns up tomorrow or Monday.

The messages all seemed to arrive after lunch. Mine came just after 2pm. I'm hoping the message for my exchange will come through today. If I get another faulty one, I give up!!
