Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Just got off the phone with EE and bad news

The women told me there waiting for a Samsung delivery from China ,

I told her there made in Korea 

she said yes but the parts are coming from China shocking lol

Sorry people the next shipment of ultras are not even assembled yet. Including 128gb.

so anyone who ordered from Late February till now will have to wait until April possibly May , June , sorry to be the one to bring the bad news .

if your worried about claiming your free buds , don’t worry as EE will put forward the date to claim with Samsung  , but that’s not the point , we’ll ****** ***

One of the main themes of many forums is users tend to visit more when they have had a negative experience.

 

Many don't visit or return when their experience is positive.

 

As a perfect example, many users who were told that they would receive their devices on the 24th (yesterday) did receive them.

 

I would go as far as to say if this call took place, the woman is completely misinformed.

Please keep us informed of what is in this private message if possible. If what he's been told isn't true, then why not tell us all that?!

After I made a complaint yesterday I was told EE are still receiving devices from Samsung and I should expect mine hopefully this week, I pre ordered on the 5th so maybe they have a load coming in or something? 

 

On another note DPD just send a notification to my phone through the app, telling me how they now do contactless delivery...

 

Absolute teases. 😂

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

I called them yesterday as I was just wanting some form of update and was told it would be up 2 28days from the last phone call I made.

 

How one call centre person can tell u the entire situation is laughable. Do they deal with stock. No they are just feeding customers more lies which is why we are all getting annoyed.

 

I'm at the point where I'll get my phone whenever it turns up but I'm more annoyed that EE released no information or a customer bulletin to keep us all in the loop. All the lies we been fed from the call centres when all it took was a simple email or call once they realised they had stock issues..

 

If mine doesn't turn up by end of the month I'm cancelling and also changing provider

 

Hi, for people like briangee who don’t know anything ,the women I spoke to knows a lot more then you ,plus I don’t make a habit making up stories , there’s no need, 

been waiting myself , placed order on 5th March for ultra  128gb in black .

and as soon as or if I receive phone I will be replying on message board to say so .

just like a lot of other people ,  for online orders made right at the end of February to March and now , will more then likely receive there devices sometime in April and may.
