Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@briangee yeah, the processor thing is one of the biggest complaints people have had that I've seen since the camera fix update, I'm personally not bothered I knew what I was getting and don't spend my days on geekbench, I'm in it for the 120hz and bigger screen as media content consumption and creation is my biggest concern. the exynos version in the S10+ has been adequate up to now. I personally doubt I'll see the difference in normal use, just gathering opinion!

@Ben1992 it's disappointing, and my upgrade needs to be done in store so my delay was always going to get worse! yet somehow I still want this device!

I have not got the 512gb or 528gb  what ever it is I've have alot of films photos etc on phone and 128gb seems plenty at first i thought my s10 5g was just as good but noe recently received camera update and using the phone it does do alot more than the 5g and I'm starting to get the most out of it but will never get to the full potential of these phones but now on lock d6we will have fun 👍 😉 Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

How is this seriously at the top of anyone’s priority list? Like yeah I’ve been waiting for my phone and its gonna be delivered to a store and i have no phone so i can’t reschedule it to my house, but there’s more important things going on right now.

@Bigdog1979 glad to hear you are enjoying the phone, the storage was never the reason I went for the big one it was the increased ram! I could have easily thrown a memory card in for storage, but 16gb of ram in a phone seems like it might be worth the wait!

Release Date You Sort Of Expect To Have It On Release Date, Weather There's
Other Stuff Going On Or Not. Again What The Majority Of Us Are Saying Is

@ollymann19 it's not a priority for me to receive the phone anymore and I won't complain about not having it, it'll be here when its here, but you're going to get people still talking about it as there's little else to do! 

That's why I'm asking for an opinion on the phone and not slating Samsung and EE for it not being here! Just general conversation really!

Yes there are bigger things going on and yes we are all concerned BUT so what? We are looking forward to having something new and exciting. Are we just meant to sit around and worry all day long? Or look at the walls? We are allowed to discuss other things and for you to be on the forum, you obviously had interest in it too.

@ollymann19   Of course there are other more important things going on but that is completely irrelevant.  There are always more important things going on in the world than a smartphone.

One of the most important things going on now is that people remain connected, and there are now many sitting without a phone (which may be their main way of being connected) who pre-ordered well before this situation in the UK got so dire.

Just because it may not interest you, people have the right to voice their opinions and considering many will be working from or self-isolating, they will have more time to do do - and some may even feel it is a good outlet for them.

I totally agree. I got the new phone and I think ots worth it. As for those still waiting I have no idea how long the wait will be I don't work for ee however I hope you get them soon.

For those keep saying there are bigger things in the world well go find a doctor and tell them your feeling or a cover 19 forum. This is ee forum and an s20 topic so let's keep it that way. As I said before you want to talk to me about the virus pm me and I will pretted i care about your problems. However if you want to use this forum to talk about it then instead of commenting on here maybe you should use Google and find a relevant forum to suit your needs.

People want there phones, people want to know about the phone thats what this forum is for.

As for ee communication don't even get me started it pathetic.
