I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Bit late now, as the store would be closed, plus I did try to change it but they wouldn't allow me.

Rang Ee, customer care still functional, deliveries still going on...
orders are still being fufiled, a glim of hope for us still waiting.

What about us who pre-ordered in a shop? Couldn't those be treated as online orders?
But 512Gb versions still are not delivered, are they?

Well mine is still being delivered to store but I haven't heard back from them, yes I am waiting for the ultra grey 512gb version

Because shops are closed it would be really helpful if EE called customers to make other arrangements, like home delivery.

I just received a message saying good news your order is coming soon from EE . ( assuming it's a generic message 2 weeks after your order is placed.
Just wondered if you had had it aswell
