Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Still waiting on a regular 128gb grey ultra... ordered on the 7th.... 

 

It really is annoying being one of the last people in the country to get one when you pre-ordered...

Dont worry Im still waiting on 128gb black ordered on 8th of March.

This is disappointing from EE.. I knew it would take a long long time to actually receive your Ultras. I ended up cancelling mine on release day. 

 

I firstly got the S20+ from Samsung directly but thought I'd try to get the S20 Ultra (I see a lot of places don't have stock or only have black) I then found John Lewis and got S20 Ultra 128GB GREY! (Hard to find grey at the moment) and already have the device... Just seems so poor from EE and their lack of communication is not good. 

 

I ended up then returning the S20+, nothing actually wrong with that device just wanted the Ultra due to bigger battery, bigger screen etc.

20 days? Closer to 40 in my case.

Think they have delivered them for what it said online i done on phone but online on 18th of Feb 13th then talking to agent said 10th  then problems got on 20th 128gb grey ultra but when at end of fed went to order partners phone for ultra was saying 30th March or 31st definitely one but should be better than this as a manager told me they have a special relationship with Samsung!😆  when I said well if I order with sky or go John Lewis i can get it said no way sorry but I was in John Lewis talking to sales person and they had them and online as for 528gb well has any one has one as no certain places are saying months for gb good luck finding phone better now must of updated camera b4 sending out as no updates!!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Sorry people by the sound of this those who are waiting for store deliveries have no chance any time soon. All tech shops are to close from tonight.

I only posted that as this is the ee forum, not doctor Phil.

 

To some people this probably is the end of the world.

 

As for me being a manger I post relevant stuff, on this about the phone, on my company what's app its about making sure my staff are kept well and safe. If any one confirming about covid 19 please pm me and I will but on a public forum let's keep it relevant.
