I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

DPD app just pinged and said delivery will be tomorrow. Ordered the ultra in grey on 21st Feb if that helps anybody trying to work out when theirs is due
So people who ordered before the 27th have had confirmation and people after but nobody from the 27th. Thought it was 1st come 1st serve. If I don't hear anything I will call them. Not that there is any point. This is actually bs now
Yeah actually what the hell, I ordered morning of 27th 128GB Black and have called every few days to a different date/story each time. First come/first serve was consistent but also a lie apparently.
I ordered mine last friday they said it would be here on monday just gone, then said theyve none in stock surely if people are getting theirs they have enough in, just getting impatient haha
