Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I've been watching this thread with interest as I'm in the same boat.

Just checked the DPD app and I have a delivery due tomorrow from EE. They notified DPD at 13:45 today.

I did an anytime upgrade online to the 128GB Cosmic Black Ultra on 28th Feb, although I had to call them on the 29th to confirm some bits.

Just checked the order tracker on EE itself, and still says they cannot show any details. Hope this gives people some hope!

PS - there's a DPD driver living across the road from me - hope I'm not the last stop on his way home!!

Worse for me I pre ordered on feb 20th but apparently due to a system error the order got cancelled and by the time I had noticed I had to pre order again on 12th March so thats me well down the line, but going by comments it doesn't appear to first come first served anyway 😞

I'm at the stage where I'm like whatever EE it'll come when it comes, but what I'm hearing of the phone it's a cracker so worth the wait people.

I ordered a grey end of Feb,still hearing nothing so doesnt look good before I cancel....cheeky feckers called me today about upgrade on one of my ipads,said I after the new one released 25 th...suggested I could pre order my reply are you having a laugh!!! Any pre order will be with sky mobile

After being told my phone won't be coming till 24-26th march just got notification to book my 1hour slot with DPD for tomorrow finally after waiting all this time after pre ordering so I suggest you all download the app it seems DPD have more information than EE

Im so glad that loads of you see getting your notifications!  Congrats everyone ans make the most of it.  Im sue is with the wait! 

I ordered on the 7th Match and nothing for me yet so im guessing im in next week's batch 😞 sad face.

To bo honest I am glad it's coming still just very disappointed with they lack of communication from ee. I think its appalling.
