Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Think there is a big order problem with 528gb at moment dont no if true but 128s are coming about time Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

How can u order off ee last monday for delivery straight away when on site end of feb said 31st of march if done on phone you have been lied to so bit of comp but online you must of mis read it ! Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Anyone who ordered in store before the 27th of Feb had any updates on their orders? Mine is not saying anything yet. I ordered the 24th of Feb.

I'd wait mate. I spoke to live chat and they said it was in a process. Online tracker still said awaiting confirmation then I got an email saying it's comingtomorrow and the dpd app said the same. Online tracker still says awaiting confirmation though

Are those using the DPD app entering/seeing the same order number that they received from EE? I've tried entering the EE order number into the DPD app and it just says "Something went wrong" 

Sick of EEs sh*t. Cancelling my order and waiting 3 months for the Note 20 ( wont be ordering through these clowns though!)
