Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

As soon as my order was competed I received a text from EE to allow me to track my order. Click on the link and it opens up the order status page. 

 

You should be able to view the same details in the 'MyEE' app. Go to the app and click on What's New > For Me > Track your order here.

Nope, nothing 🙄 guess they haven't even processed my friggin order 😭😭😭

Mine just says 'awaiting confirmation' is never changed.

Mine has said that from day 1 of pre ordering,Also waste of time phoning them stopped using the coronavirus excuse now realised we are not all idiots.

All you get his non in stock dont know when there coming in and keep checking dpd app (because we cant be bothered notifying you)

If smart upgrade dont even get order number  upgrade on the 18th of feb 2 text one saying 10th then 13th now nothing wait for dpd to notify what a joke !Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Following on from me buying mine from tesco yesterday instead. I just got a message from the wife to say it's been deliverd 😁. Hope you guys get yours soon 🤞🤞

My s20 plus arrives in 4 hours can't waite 64 mega pixel is more than enough quality

I wanted the ultra but could waite 😄

Lucky bas*ard lol! Hope you enjoy it mate, maybe we will get ours from EE some time this month.. 🙄

I popped in a shop on my way back home, still no information about deliveries (I made the order there).

 

I was told that even iPhones are having this kind of trouble because of the recent events worldwide.

It's all lies just spoke to a manager said should in circumstance let me cancel and go tesco without penalty as would move all 3 lines he said phone is recorded so I would not lie but if you go to Tesco or another company they will not deliver so I said on your site pe6have had theres delivered today and other mobile networks say next day you dont  I said I just want some truth he said hopefully you will receive yor phone any time from 31st to the 19th of April but no guarantee lol they are the biggest network and they get stock b4 others and th big virus talk sorry but I have not ordered a living object so do some research and then get end asked if I want ee broadband omg are they serious Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
