Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@howard72 can you show proof EE didnt order enough?

 

EE like any other network would have ordered enough but not got the order quantity they wanted and needed from Samsung.

 

It's all about supply and demand.

Lol, wont make that mistake again! 

Am out of contract now thanks to preorder and think my s10 5g will be fine on sim only until i decide on new phone...

I pre-ordered it on 25th February! Awaiting it patiently (inside I am like screaming where is it!)

mine is the exact same. I ordered in store on the 24th of Feb and I’ve got the same update messages on my order. 

expected delivery 24h - 26th March which is just the generic 30 days window EE sets according to the EE rep who told me most orders come within 30 days.

Well if that's the case they shouldnt have took customers money till stock was despatched to customer  and also notified customers that not recieved enough to fulfill there promised dates.

Done neither of above !!!!!

I've phoned yesterday no update dispite getting 3 delivery dates that have now lapsed no actual communication or explanation nor any goodwill gesture

It seems the same geneic mesages are sent out randomly. 

Yep, it’s just an auto rotating updating of status messages every 7 days just to keep you thinking something is moving on it.

@Graeme2812 may I ask where you're finding this information? I'm looking all over the "my EE" app and also on the website and i can't see anywhere on either about my order 😭😭😭
