I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

We only have from the 10th of March and till the12th of April to put the claim in on the app on the phone

So just spoke to Samsung and they told me they have the S20 ultra in stock and they dont know why EE are not sending the devices to people

The difference is huge, dont buy into the current 11 series just wait for the ultra availability or the next gen iPhone. The 11 series haze been out 8 months and developed 12 months before that it's a backwards step for the cost of waiting a few weeks imo

@PageyBoy think Samsung needs to stop lying to people. Look at my screenshot. Clearly says out of stock.
