I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
Might not no who we are well they see email and phone number sent from even if like myself mines was ordered the 18th any info for delivery of handset from that date oh I forgot my good freind ordered on the 20th and got 10th lol surpossed they forgot a day!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
@Earle90 I preordered with currys/carphone warehouse on 25/02, still waiting, no update from them despite calls to store & promises of "we'll call you back after we contact head office". Don't see how they can guarantee new orders when the old ones have not been fulfill

If you ordered through Carphone Warehouse this has nothing to do with EE regardless if the network you are on is EE. Carphone Warehouse is supplying your phone.

just i'm more frustrated as on launch day carphone warehouse had the grey instock online for next day delivery. i was going to cancel my pre order with ee and order it. i didn't as i would have lost the free buds deal. just so wish i had of now. could of had the phone last Saturday 😣
BrendonH - Don't be too hard on people. Lots of people across the county over many different providers are still looking for their phones and are all frustrated with the lack of news. We are all in the same Samsung Ultra boat as it were lol
People are just looking for any source of info they can get.
