I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I'm sorry to hear you were given wrong information about the delay @tranceboy71
All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

@Rawlings1103 Samsung don’t have stock or are shipping on the 4th of April depending on what model you want. So how are others getting the device when the manufacturer doesn’t have the device is stock themselves.
EE would of requested for an amount of devices but they wouldn’t of got that amount as Samsung wouldn’t of had enough devices for all networks/sellers.
a pre order is not a guarantee of receiving a product on launch day.
If you want to get it from very then go ahead nothing is stopping you from doing this. You pay it outright if you have the cash or you can uses Verys spread the cost or even put it on your own credit card. If you want it that badly go for it nothing is stopping you. Don’t forget it’s just a phone so no point in getting worked up about not having the lasted device when you want it or believe you should have it by.

I've heard similar answers from a different people.
Its just runing around the truth and I dont get it.
It would have been a lot better if we were given a proper information that way even if some people were disapointed at least no one would complain.

I spoke with carphone warehouse. They are guaranteeing for new orders the 31st of march for the next batch of customers. I'm guessing the fulfilled all their pre orders. Unlike some!

Is there a template you just copy and paste leanne? Talk to us like humans we get there is a shortage of stock but expand on that point. You just come back with the same generic tripe you get on chat.

If I go into lockdown mode, what is going to happen with my phone order as currently going straight to the EE store! I do want my phone 🙁
