I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

There's still about ten weeks to claim those according to samsun and it will probably be honoured with all thats going on in the world.

It varies depending on who you ask, and where in the country you are apparently! Also how many people are in the que for one. I was told stock is due this week could be up to the 23rd and again someone else told me to expect it to be up to the end of April! So... 🤷🏼♂️
