Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Djackson121 I no it's not your fault I did not get it but someone talks utter s*** just to get a response and thinks they pushed and talked ee in to moving them to delivery is rubbish so your saying fold to big talk and send him the phone thousands of people are phoning non stop because of people like you if you got it go enjoy it as you've updated how good your tactics many times stop trying to wind people up as I feel sorry for people that ordered after me that have not got a phone I've still got my s10 5g so no panic go play with your phone now !Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

We should get at least 5.00  off our monthly bill because we preordered our phones which means we are paying for the heights. Tariffs which are not going to change for 24 months. Samsung usualy after the first 6 to one year drops there prices.so that means. In at least 8 months time we could see tariff of 55 to 55.00 pounds a month for the ultra.

@Djackson121 Your post showing the DPD delivery note doesn't prove anything. It doesn't say who the sender is nor what the item was so why post it?

Not been on here long but I can see from the few posts I've read of yours that you're clearly trolling or genuinely naive.

You don't have an Ultra and no way did EE push you up the queue because you whinged at them.

I don't know what you're trying to achieve but I do know the misinformation you're spreading is not helping those looking for answers, merely spamming what "was" a useful page to follow for updates.

Has anyone managed to get a genuine response from ee yet?

I preordered mine on 15th Feb and am livid at the fact others that ordered after me have theirs AND the complete incompetence of ee customer service and the blatant lies they are chatting!

Please lets not throw horrible remarks about it's not needed we r all frustrated with it but it's no excuse to be horrible to each other 

Y cant we just be happy for each other and get tips from those who do have it doe ourselves so when we get it we can put them into practice???

@Sammyjo3 amazing phone and the 120hz screen beautiful come with super fast charger and wow from 16 to full in 45mins. Bad battery life is not as good could be.

I spoke to Samsung yesterday as I had no delivery ref they promised me that it would be with me today. Well today has come now they are saying i will get it in about 2 weeks. Still don't understand how they could say yesterday that i will definitely get it today "we don't let people down" and then nothing until i phone up and get told 2 weeks as i pre ordered on the 27th Feb. They should have just told me that yesterday and all I get is a sorry. I thought any payments didn't get taken until they are ready for dispatch however they took mine when i phoned, promised the 13, on the 12th still promised the 13 and now on the 13th its 2 more weeks it's a joke actually it's not jokes are funny.
