Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Just went on Samsung web site and available for same day delivery at price but in stock this is stupid only preorder upgrade are not get till last it's a money thing Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I had the joy of phoning around today to see if any had been delivered. 

All of manchester has had pre-order deliveries only or non at all.. as a lovely bloke checked the complete region for stock for me. But alas no joy

I did however have a lovely girl on the phone who does actually know what shes doing and is actually quiet nice no **bleep** and straight to the point.

So im still on the pre-order and no phone list non the wiser and just hope it turns up soon.

Oh also to add my gf went in 02 and ordered hers on weds. And today she has had a confirmation of shipping

I have updated the software, yep. I done that first thing as I had read that there was a new firmware with camera fixes.

I'm going to have a bit more of a play with the settings and see what I can do with it, but as a point and shoot out of the box, rubbish.  I thought it was going to be amazing!

I've cancelled mine I went to store in Oldham Spindles shopping centre as I did mine online and I reserved it in store so I didn't have to wait but they said I have to pay another 200 quid which I'm not doing so I cancelled the full thing. 

Anyone in Oldham the Spindles store have 128gb black S20 ultra in stock just 1 phone.

@Djackson121 So if your camera takes amazing pictures out of the box, I wonder why the whole tech world and Samsung disagree and therefore Samsung released a firmware update to "resolve" issues?

No need to fix something if it is not broken ey?
