I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

If that's the case, EE are going to lose a hell of a lot of orders. I really want my ultra but no way in hell will I wait beyond the end of this month and thats me being extremely patient.

Your joking lol. Cause apparently all phone stores in UK have not got the s20 ultra. They have only got the s20 and s20 plus

Went into Vodafone o2 three etc stores they had fecking nothing EE were the only store that has ultras and they only had 5!.

I smell 🐂💩 I went to every phone store in my area and not a single shop as any at all. The only ones EE had we ones that were already reserved for people that pre ordered in store.....
