Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Just been on the phone to EE then wanting to the cancel order, they said they have no clue when it will be as Samsung in china has not sent enough stock and it's due to the Corona virus. I asked for a rough date and she just said honestly could be anytime 

Yeah my cousin got told by vodafone by the 31st of March hopefully then iam tempted to council mine and get the plus if they have any if them as well

All orders are subject to the stock that we receive from the manufacturer, and we will fulfil orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

DPD will contact you when the delivery is ready to be dispatched.

Store hasn't received their delivery. Just spoke with someone in support, they were very honest and explained the problem is with stock at samsung. It's not just EE suffering. After having a really good chat, i decided to cancel my ultra pre-order as he said he can not give me a delivery date, i could be months due to coronavirus. I will receive my new s20 plus tomorrow!

The problem is not that orders are subject to stock.

The problem is no one mentioned that when we were preordering and it seems everyone got promised delivery on the 13th.

Of course after all went to hell and EE got a lot of people dissapointed now you are coming with that information.

That should have been said when we were ordering/upgrading not now.

Im in the same boat and as many of us here im uterly dissapointed.

If that is the case why take people's money mid feb and not get stock it's on sale today in shops so stock is obviously out there just for people who have not already paid lol dont take money then give information that is incorrect on atleast 10 occasions!! All different rubbish. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

From what I was told it's only the ultra that is effected.

How the hell can all s20s be in stock ee saying they have no ultras but other outlets have would they have not been shipped ready all around the same time This is ridiculous s20plus was not in stock now is lol Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Just seen a news article that the s20 ultra is delayed until may in the Netherlands i imagine same will happen for UK

Got my Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra today and love it amazing phone and it comes with super fast charger.
