I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Your right , am thinking of cancelling now and thinking of ordering the black shark 3 pro , more chance in getting that in time lol , what do you think ?

How is everyone getting their phones in store as I keep being told they will cancel my online order but I'll need to pay the money I paid again to them can't they just keep the money I gave them and give me my stupid order? 😒 I'm getting EXTREMELY PI**ED OFF 😒😒😒

Just called them again, spoke with a lovely Geordie lady, no stock, EE store may have the device, so you'll need to call EE when you're in store an they can change your order type.
Bare in mind that as the sale went through prior to you visiting the store, they will not get the commission, so I would think that they may be hesitant to give up a unit considering how rare they're becoming.
Personally .I'm just going to wait .
Soon as it's been over a week they'll credit my account.

I did my upgrade in-store, not online so handset will be in-store not delivered to me

All orders are subject to stock that we receive from the manufacturer, and we will fulfil orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
DPD will contact you when the delivery is ready to be dispatched.
