Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

That's all we've been hearing Katie. If we were told this was going to be the case at the time of ordering, that it was going to be first come first served, you wouldn't have a lot of angry customers right now. A clear lack of communication on EEs part 😡😡

Beyond the joke.

I will never preorder anything from EE again! They are rubbish! Ive called many times and have been told different things each time.

Now i have been told that there was a first batch that had come out on the 10th March originally being told there wasn't and it was delayed no one knows when they will have them. 

Then being told the second batch is coming around the 26th March. This is a joke, EE have poor customer service. I have had it with them. I think it is a shame to lie to someone when they are preordering that they will definitely recieve it by the 10th and then saying you will actually recieve it around the 26th. I will have to wait a whole month to actually recieve the phone. I would have never preordered!!!

Rey when did you preorder? I'm having the same issue currently.

Hi I ordered the 18th my freind 22nd he has his I have not got mine just spoke to ee said phone Samsung Samsung chat said today but call number and more precise as soon as I said we they said contact them it's a joke Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Yeh when did you pre order ray? I pre ordered mine on the 28th Feb and they told me I'd have it on the 10th yet I've not even had a single thing to say when and even if I'm going to get it this month 😥 may as well have just gone into a store to get it 😡 😭

Hi preordered 27th Feb!! I ordered in store. No updates nothing since then. My order status hasnt changed since still awaiting confrimation. EE are useless!!!!!!!

I pre ordered was told 13th even have the transcript of the conversation,called today no chance and couldn't even give me a idea..sky mobile have guaranteed me 1 on the 21st(not ideal a week later,but better than nothing off ee) sim free so sit out remaining couple of months on contract and move number over...I have 4 of my contracts due upgrades this year,I gonna switch the lot,never experienced the likes of this with ee before clearly now we are seeing bt practices coming thru from the merger 

Really not happy with them. Been with EE since they changed over from Tmobile. Quick to sign you up to things but delivery is rubbish. I am gonna have to wait. Literally was so excited to have preordered the latest phone now im just fuming and the rate they are charging people for the phone. They should do better.
