I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I just rang ee my network and he said regarding the ultras they are having trouble getting them imported because of what's going on at the moment. He also mention that they ee have very little stock left at all not just samsung devices. Because of what's happening.

So I have had my phone call this morning, after everything I negotiated yesterday being undone on account level.
Turns out I was lied to by EE advisors. My phone was dispatched and would have been with me on the 10th (DPD have it recorded at my local depot) but EE failed to provide adequate delivery information (i suspect a lie on their part but I'm rather sceptical about the whole situation).
The Ultra has not been recalled by Samsung as I was originally told, my original phone has now been redistributed to another customer and I am essentially now back of the queue as my upgrade has had to be reprocessed today.
My advisor today has very cleverly not discussed expected delivery dates, which I actually appreciate at this point.
I have negotiated a pretty nice compensation for the hassle I've experienced and we will have to wait and see if the Note 20 deliveries go any smoother when I place my order for that when it launches.

I just called and spoke with someone who was quite dismissive of the fact people already received them from EE on the 10th but assured me they are aiming to fulfil all pre-orders on release, tomorrow.

Hi everyone, I ordered my s20 ultra 128gb cosmic grey on the afternoon of 18th Feb.
Was told it would come 13th. Then last week tracking changed to 24-26th. Calling EE I got a vary of answers from them but the main one being ALL s20 ultras are delayed as they are in quarantine due to Corona virus. I was told this by a manager and an executive on the 9th of March and given a £50 credit on my next bill due to being messed about. Was told under to circumstance I'd get the phone on the 13th it was going to be the end of the month. However on the morning of the 10th my DPD app flashed up and I got my phone.
Honestly no idea what's going on and I don't think they do either.
I was also meant to be sending my old phone back to them for the £300 off but they haven't sent me the stuff to do so, anyone on the same boat? Honestly I've been happy with EE for years since they changed from t mobile but the last week has been a disaster. My next phone I'll be going elsewhere

This is just even more confusing what do we do keep an eye out or wait till end of the month? I'm same been with ee for years.

@Becks29 they cant stock more at the warehouse if they didnt receive the order they asked for.
EE wouldve asked for enough to fulfil the pre orders plus extra
Samsung would've sent what they could at the time
