Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

the store will be out of stock too..... 

 

They have no way of viewing a que and thus no way of telling you where you are in it.... the information they get is stock expected on such a date.... no indication of how many ... 

 

I ordered on 21st and was told 128gb was looking at being end of march due to demand. I got the 516gb as that was showing availability of early launch delivery and it came 10th..... if you ordered on 22nd..... and it does count as a new order as your signing a contract based on price and device.... your looking at the end of March and the very earliest

Mine was on phone with upgrade team I've asked to talk to customer service but wont put me through as a upgrade issue!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Store is tricky. I'm not sure why they missed out on the 3 days early.....

 

If you upgraded over the phone and are sure you were told that it would be the 10th pull them up on it..... ask to speak to a manager.... tell them you want to call listened to as you were guaranteed it would be the 10th. If it shows that they'll try and say nothing they can do but tell them you want it passing to complaints

BTW none of this will get it sooner..... but they may give you a free month

When on a smart plan after a month you can upgrade your device and send old one back its 200 pound upgrade fee unless you have had it I think 6 months its then 100 pound with phone back !Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I got my ultra on the 10th delivered at 3pm by dpd,  no info on delivery from EE CS downloaded dpd app and showed there was a delivery due, i was surprised as I didn't pre order till the 17th

The launch date is March 13th, but customers who pre-ordered before midnight on March 8th may receive their delivery up to three days early. 

 

This is subject to stock we receive from the manufacturer, and we will fulfill pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

DPD will contact you when the delivery is ready to be dispatched.

 Hearing that for the past couple days but it still isn't telling me when it'll be in my hands. Not interested in the release date interested in the delivery date thanks.
