Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Genuinely beyond the joke, this is my first time with EE and the first phone with them, so far not so good.

Well mine turned up hope everyone else got theirs

Just had enough of EE so cancelled my order.  Will take my money somewhere else.

Just about to pick mine up from a DPD collection shop, hope you all get or got yours soon

My EE now shows tarrif..... But does not show it being £10 less as as email stated while back.... 

How did u manage £100 credit and half price line bill??

I said about offering me anything and they got very funny and said we dont just chuck out money 

I ordered my Samsung S20 Ultra in February as an upgrade on my main line (I have 6 lines with EE and 1 with a competitor). I wanted the new Samsung S20 Ultra by the release date so I had the choice of either taking a new line out with the competitor and giving my youngest daughter my main line or upgrading my main line and taking out an additional line for my daughter. The competitor said they could deliver on the 13th but the sales representative said that I would be able to get my phone 2 days before the launch date (the 11th). I have just spoken to an advisor and at first she could not see my order and left me waiting on hold until she could find it. When she returned I was told that they are out of stock of my phone and could not give me any date of when to expect it but told me to ring up in a weeks time to check if they have a date yet, this confused me as this is not what I was told when I ordered it. I wouldn't usually mind but I feel as I have been lied to just to keep my business, especially seeing I spend over £230 per month with EE and I have been a loyal customer since the days of Orange.

When in feb did you place the order
