I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
I have received mine today. Emails end up in the spam folder for some reason. And without notice DPD will deliver to your door either today or tomorrow. You might see some Network issues if you also have a new plan as EE has told us it will take 3-5 working days
Ours just arrived. I had no idea it was comming today until we got a text on the 6the suggesting it might. I downloaded the DPD app put in my phone number and the address it was being delivered to and came up. I know that DPD can deliver until later this evening.
Never heard so many stories and lies bad service bad company think it's time to move on since 5g all masts always down now people's orders getting messed up my friend ordered 2 days after and got his today we said he was lucky !! When I provided them his details lol
It was the same week it was released for pre order ... sorry I dont know exactly what date. My hubby was due an upgrade so he did it on my account. (We have a shared plan for data gifting).
Since they lied multiple times and cant confirm when I will get the phone they came to a resolution. It was only because they found the recorded conversations but have agreed to credit me 100 plus 50% off my line untill the phone turns up.
I just dont understand the issues at all. Surely they know how to forefill an order and make sure its delivered on time.
I've never had this issue with any of my upgrades to say all these different excuses is extremely poor. And now being told they dont give out dates for delivery..
Update 2: Still says it'll be delivered today. Just spoke to DPD who advised even though it says it was dispatched last night it won't reach me today as it's still 850 miles away. Well that's been a waste of a day off and now I'll need to chase around a parcel tomorrow. In this instance I'm not sure if it was EE's fault or DPD, DPD wouldn't comment on where the delay was.
