I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
Just signed up for the DPD alert and unfortunately nothing showing for me. Pre-ordered on the 17th and received the text on Friday saying it'd be with me on the 10th and nothing since then. Took the day off work so someone would be in the house. I'm not bothered if I have to wait a couple of days just don't want to receive a text saying:
"...it will be delivered on the 10 march..."
Then take a day off so I don't have to chase around DPD (smaller city, can be a bit of hassle) and then hear absolutely nothing.
I had the same, called DPD who said that my phone was out for delivery but they did not have a house number so the driver was not able to deliver it. Rang EE who confirmed they had my full address and it would now be tomorrow and DPD do not have the package.
@Gib1992 I just called EE again. The lady said that they had put all the correct address information on the parcel and that it's already with my driver to deliver between 12-2pm today.
Scrap the above message, even though it doesn't show in the DPD app I literally just received a text saying it will be delivered today....So we will see.
I spoke now to one of their advisors he was saying that phone its gonna be released on 13, after I told him that yesterday on tracking app said 24 he changed his answer saying that I'll get it between 10-13, already lost a day of work, can't they said for sure which day I'll receive it? Also he was saying that DPD cannot cope with the orders, my advice would be use another delivery company
I've just rang dpd after being told by ee it wouldn't arrive tomorrow and it'll be here between 12.48 n 13.48,defo speak to dpd, call the 0121 number and give them your postcode, name and address and they'll give you a tracking number 👍🏻
