I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Call DPD even if it is not showing in the app (mine isn't)
They will tell you the 1 hour slot.

I’m just signed in on the dpd app with my email, phone number and address and it popped up about 10 minutes ago.
The driver scanned it and I can now track it now

Well mine deffinatly is not coming today so I'm now waiting for there executive support team to cancel all 3 of my contracts with ee. After being a customer all the way back to orange it seems I'm not valued and they feel they can just get away with lies and decet so good bye EE I wont be returning to your awfull service ince I get these contracts cancelled I can get better service for alot less money somewhere else. I only pre ordered so I could get it before or at least on day one not 2 weeks + after everyone else EE should be ashamed of themselves.

0121 275 0500 is the number for DPD. Give them your postcode and house number, they will confirm your 1hr slot. If they haven't got one, then at least you know not to wait in.
