I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

If you dont receive your DPD text by 8pm tonight you wont be getting it tomorrow

I too have just been sent this via text message from ee,
Hi gary thanks for pre-ordering the Samsung S20 Ultra 512GB 5G Cosmic Grey. Because you got in early, you'll receive your device 3 days before the official launch date. If you chose delivery to a home address, it will be delivered on 10 March and we'll require a signature. If you chose delivery to a store, it will be ready to collect from 10 March and you'll need either your passport or driving licence and credit or debit card. We hope you enjoy it

I just called EE and was advised mine has been picked so should receive it tomorrow.
FYI I originally ordered a S20+ on 13th Feb, then called back on 18th Feb to change order to an Ultra 128GB. My tracking still shows as 24th - 26th March, but I too received the text (on Friday) that I am to expect delivery on the 10th.
At this stage I'll believe it when I see it lol.

Has this been confirmed. I ordered mine on the 19th Feb and they are saying the 25/26 March for my delivery

I've spoken to CS this morning my order is definitely in progress but I've just got to sit tight apparently looking at delivery around 19th march

hi im also having the same problem, i ordered mine on the 26th of feb and got told it will be with me on the 10th of march but when i check the tracking comes up saying no info available.
I spoke to someone on live chat and they couldnt confirm anything and kept telling me its a first come first serve basis.
EE have the worst customer service and are unwilling to help resolve any issues.
