Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Given some of the replies here I called back and said how i thought the previous guy might have been brushing me off.

Story I got this time is they dont have the physical stock but should get it by Friday. Heres hoping.

I pre ordered mine on the 21st of Feb over the phone.

512gb version

I rang them multiple times today and the last I rang, he said that my order had been picked. Meaning hopefully I should have it tomorrow

@CR41G88  I know it ain't your fault but I will be annoyed if people get there phones before me who preordered after me I ordered mine on the 19th 512gb model. I will phone up after work and pester them to give me more feedback

I guess you got lucky, I pre ordered over the phone on the 20th of February and using the order number tracking I’m told 24th to the 26th of March 😢

Hi ********, thanks for pre-ordering the Samsung S20 Ultra 512GB 5G Cosmic Grey. Because you got in early, you'll receive your device 3 days before the official launch date. If you chose delivery to a home address, it will be delivered on 10 March and we'll require a signature. If you chose delivery to a store, it will be ready to collect from 10 March and you'll need either your passport or driving licence and credit or debit card. We hope you enjoy it

I was originally told I'd have it on the 10th march when I ordered it on live chat. Then spoke to someone else who said the 13th march. Checked my order update today and its still saying awaiting confirmation so I havent a clue when it's going to turn up.  Not happy
