Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Pre ordered mine on 20th of February and my expected delivery date is showing 24th to 26th of March.

contrary to reports online the demand for the Ultra must be quite high in the UK

Out of curiosity what version of the ultra did everyone order ?

I ordered the s20ultra 512gb on the 19th and I have no idea when it is coming my sister ordered the s20 ultra 128gb version the same day and is receiving hers tomorrow. 

I've been fed all sorts of lies the latest they are claiming the Corona virus for it but surely the phones were made prior to the announcement and not in the month after ?

Mine is the same, not happy at all. At time of ordering I was told it would be the 10/3, I pre-ordered mine on the 19/2

I ordered mine 18th feb 128gb ultra and being told 24-26th really not happy someones ordered after me and is getting it tomorrow.. so much for first come first served
