Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Got the same Hi..... thanks for pre-ordering the Samsung S20 Ultra 128GB 5G Cosmic Grey. Because you got in early, you'll receive your device 3 days before the official launch date. If you chose delivery to a home address, it will be delivered on 10 March and we'll require a signature. If you chose delivery to a store, it will be ready to collect from 10 March and you'll need either your passport or driving licence and credit or debit card. We hope you enjoy it.

I wouldn't read too much into that. It's an automated system and would have been set up before the stock shortages were known. 

Until you are given a DPD tracking number, I think it's best to assume the shipping date on your order page is accurate, disappointing as that may be.

I pre-ordered the s20 Ultra on 4/3...The expected delivery date is "Awaiting Confirmation". Judging by the dates you all pre-ordered I'm expecting mine around July lol 😏

Received same text saying delivery on the 10th but My EE App showing 24-26 March.

Good to see that some people should receive there orders on the 10th as previously stated. 

Not has the text myself yet but MYEE  app shows the 10th so hopefully its correct!

Better to avoid internet speculation sometimes.

I assume the delivery status only shows in the MyEE app once the expected delivery date has been confirmed? I can't see any details at all about my order in the app.

My order showed in MYEE app under what's new, more or less straight after I pre-ordered on the 13th feb.

Lots of people have said they cant see it on their own MYEE app, so I'm not sure why it shows for some and  not others?

My order was an upgrade 6 months esrly trading in my Note 9 im not sure if this has anything to do with it though
