I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

If I go on my ee app it won't let me check any of my plan or billing details

I cant see anything in my ee app and ive had no email at all. Only a text confirming my order and then a text with the tracking details.

These are the updates I have had so far,
Your pre-order is confirmed:12th feb.
Your order is on track:19th feb.
Good news.Your order is coming soon:26th feb.
Your order is on track:4th mar.
And my its still showing me that expected delivery date 10 march.

I put pre-order in on the 11th feb so if it turns up on the 10th march if it does it does if not there's nothing I can do put to wait it out.

I just recieved a text saying because i pre ordered im going to recieve my phone 3 days early on 10th march but tracking still states 24-26th
