I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

What are you talking about.
If people pre-order and its advertised as release day as it did. Then they don't get their phone on release day that is classed as delayed.

You can't say that. But then its not released yet so where are the delays? No where they will be working tirelessly to get the orders out but they won't keep up with demand meaning there will be a delay.
Samsung CS can tell you what you want to hear because they know if they tell you no there is a delay you may not order the phone. Its called business.

My delivery date has changed from 13 March to 24-26 March for the s20 ultra

Same here dont worry mate because the phones not in UK yet not until 9th March then we should get update by ee. I'm only here because I'm waiting for s20 ultra and help others

On live chat I was told I should get it for the 13th so let's see what happens

I order on 19th and I got the same email from ee saying 24 to 26th March.
