I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Got my black galaxy buds today. Didnt expect them until monday. So i can use them over the week end now. Glad EE have given us some proper componsation.

For those who have received the buds, could you confirm when you ordered your fold2? I preordered mine 8th September and haven't had any communication regarding any buds/credit as yet. Would be helpful to understand as no one in ee customer services seems to be aware of whats going on when I asked them yesterday. Cheers 🙂

I believe it was about the 10th of september for me.

The £50 credit will usually be applied after a few days, you will know when it has gone through when your next bill is raised.

Thanks, i doubt they'll be an issue since the buds arrived but just wanted to be sure a discount to the months bill would be useful over christmas.

Got my buds that DON'T match my black phone.
As it seems I'm the only one unhappy.....
Can I change mine to black or do I have to make do?
