Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

I was told by a chap yesterday saying it's pretty standard to give a release date and then fall short, he said I could receive my fold in the next 8 days!

If it hasn't been collected by DPD it won't be coming today. Has to go through the DPD network to your local depot. 

I had a messenger chat this morning and they said they didn't know when it would come and just gave me the same message about it coming when they receive stock. Really really poor.

In others words still no real confirmation. 

Why don't a EE manager just contact their supplier and try and get some answers. How hard can that be.

I've just replied to the chat saying that surely someone somewhere in EE knows when stock is arriving..it's not just going to be a surprise. A shipment would have to be booked in!

Just been told stock is in and starting dispatch today! 🤷‍♀️ how true that is is anyones guess. I took today off work and may need Monday too at this rate so im already out of pocket!! 🤦‍♀️
