I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

I've ordered a sleeve one, screen protectors, a plastic one and a leather one off a well known selling site.
Not sure if this will be deleted 🤔

Now to get on the phone and sort out compensation for the delay as if samsung can compensate their customers with £50 vouchers and buds I xsnt see why ee csnt do something.

My tale - And this is the short version!!
I pre ordered on the 2nd when they started but on the 9th i got an email saying its going through but will be delivered to store.
I rang upgrades who cancelled my original order , placed another and promised I would get it on the day of release - Black colour and West Yorkshire.
Nothing arrived so every day ive been on chat asking and promised me the following day but then no stock so last night I had a manager on chat who said if I cancelled my pre order he would guarantee a delivery today using their super fast delivery option.
Woke up to a text saying my order hasnt gone through as there is no stock so after complaining I was offered £30 credit to my next bill but I had to order again and wait until they had more stock.
About 10 mins ago I got an email and text from DPD asking what time I want my delivery tomorrow so mine is on its way by waiting an hour!!! - Unbelievable!!
For the people that are still waiting ask everything in chat then save the convo so you have evidence when you complain and they will help - eventually!!!!!
Will update tomorrow if it comes!
