Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Over the moon!!! Just had a text from dpd and my mystic black fold 2 is winging its way to me here in Worcestershire tomorrow.    Was ordered (upgrade from original fold) on day it went on sale with EE.

Still fustrating that EE as a company have handled this so badly!!  Their staff have been amazing as always but sadly their processes fail their staff and customers.   I'd love to say they will learn by this but sadly being "the biggest mobile communication provider" in the UK I don't think they actually care what their customers or staff actually think.

As a minimum they should still be matching Samsung compensation of £50 and Galaxy buds for it being delayed but I think we have more chance of finding unicorn poop 😂

Haven't received a message yet but in terms of comp I've gotten my upfront
cost back plus part of my next bill from EE

Me personally, I'd still expect some form of compensation cause despite me getting it....the last few days have been quite tense and felt like I had to constantly ask what is going on as communication is poor. 

Let see what happens in the coming days
