Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

I forgot to mention ordered mine 10th September in mystic bronze  and based in Lancashire.

I really hope everyone will start receiving the txts and phones soon  then we can all have a little piece of happiness 😉

I don't even have the handset I'm upgrading on me so can't check for dpd text. Are you getting an email as well?

Just got my DPD text, there may be a light at the end of this tunnel. 

I ordered on 2nd (10am) - Mystic Black - London based. It should be arriving tomorrow! 

Just as a side note, I did call again to complain today that it wasn't good enough on the delay. Not sure if it helped but still..

I got a text and a email off dpd stating my delivery will be tomorrow.  I also have the dpd app that I am registered to which also provides notifications if you have them on.

Keep your eye on emails also as they send a text and email confirmation.

If you got an android phone download the dpd app and register for it. You will get the same notifications on their to if you get a delivery date

Nothing yet all....I'm guessing I'd be at the end of the queue even though I ordered on the 4th as I'm a new customer.   Think existing customers are taking priority.

I also ordered black on the 2nd im from Lancashire. No email for me yet. Called EE today in regards to this and was told no one has got theirs yet which i disproved by mentioning this post. Was so close to ordering with samsung but because I was due an upgrade decided to stick with EE. Never again will I make that mistake. Worst CS ive ever encountered and thats not based solely on this incident. Atleast I got an apology off the poor chap who answered my call to say sorry for 0 communication. Anyhow I won't get my hopes high for delivery tomorrow. (Dig at samsung) What I can't get my head around is why they would do pre-orders and still not have enough stock, surely thats why pre-orders are taken so manufacturers can get an idea of demand etc.
