Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Since the Galaxy S4 there has always been a colour variant that has had delays of difficulties with stock when it comes to Samsung. 

Also hello everyone. My apologies with not replying much today. I've been teaching all day so I haven't been able to check up on much. However it does seem to be some further drama. 

I will try to get some updates in a moment. What I would say is thank you to all those who have PM me with details and emailed. They are being collated so the more information we can get the better it will be to try and put a strong case forward for all pre-orders to get some form of official response and action helping everyone  with the launch issues. 

I will also offer the document once ready for everyone so if anyone wants additional help with CS.

@Halfman Happy you getting the phone mate ....I pre-ordered on the 4th and got the mystic bronze.....still haven't heard anything

I'm starting to think it's based off location.......

....I live in Yorkshire so think it might be a while !!?

100% no. She told me they had no stock, no date as to when they will get the next delivery. If she new i would of thought she would of said I would hear something this week, but never got that off her at all or any indication as to when I will get it. I was asked if I wish to cancel my order. 

I dont think any calls to EE will make a difference as we are all getting so much different information. 

Unless we get a text/email off dpd is the only way anyone i believe will get their fold.

I do suspect that this is based on Location. I am also Yorkshire based for my delivery.
