I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Hi Everyone,
A slight development, I’ve just got off a chat with Neil in Newcastle upgrades as I was just about to cancel.
He has confirmed that “It looks like its in process of being picked and dispatched today”...”is showing processing today and once DPD has the order will receive text with deliver tracking”...”should be tomorrow for delivery date”
I then asked definitely processing today which he responded with “yes is should be worked on now for delivery tomorrow”
So all being well I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a text from DPD...

Hopefully he wasn't just telling you what you wanted to hear just to stop you cancelling but I imagine like most on here would agree, I won't hold my breath!

Just spoken to upgrades in Newcastle and system is showing 9,999 in stock but they have only had a few in on Friday so been told they are expecting deliveries towards the end of the week, so every time I've asked via chat or over the phone, been told a different story every single time - Poor customer service.

I have just spoken to Newcastle and been told they do not have any stock and not sure when they will get stock.
Spoke to a manager also and she confirmed the samething. They are waiting on samsung to supply the stock so they can send out to customers.
She even said no member of staff should confirm a date as they do not have one or even know what they have in stock.
So its basically sit tight and wait as no amount of calls is going to change anything until they get stock unless people wish to cancel .
No point in all this back and forth on here with EE as its not changed a thing.
It would of been nice if they informed every one as to what was going on even though it is very frustrating for us all.

Omg people I have just got a text and email from DPD my fold is coming tomorrow. 🙂🙃
