I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product
Thanks

Yeah thats pretty much what I expected ee to say. Samsung should step up and comp everyone that preordered the fold imo

No compensation is rubbish, yes Samsung failed to deliver to their customers but we didn't order from Samsung, we ordered from EE and not having the phones to deliver means they failed their customers.
I'm sure Samsung will be compensating EE and EE need to be professional and compensate it's customers that they failed.

If nothing else samsung should offer the same comp that they gave to the ones that ordered from them. At the end of the day we still paid samsung for the phone

Looks like EE are discounting the fold 2 already.
I cancelled my pre-order as I decided not to spend £100+ a month
Just noticed same deal I was offered without £50 upfront cost now £12 a month cheaper 🤔
Waiting 10 days would save me £288!!
Reading reviews I’m now tempted again.

I'm not seeing any discount as of yet. All the prices I see are the same as when I upgraded. Even when I go in as a new customer prices are the same. I will say this video and pics don't do this phone justice imo. Once u hold it for the 1st time u will know what I mean. If you can get it cheaper go for it lol

Has anyone taken the screen protector off the main screen or had Samsung do it? If so do you like it better without?

Haven't taken it off off mine think Samsung have to do the bingo screen not seen mention of the smaller external one.

The outside display is just a normal screen so can just take that one off. Thinking I might see where my nearest Samsung store is and have the inside screen protector removed. From what I watched on YouTube seems like a better experience without it

Curious what differences it makes removing it and if the screen is prone to scratches @Truckergod

I have posted in a couple of different forums to see if anyone has done it yet. Watched a guy on YouTube have his taken off and he was well impressed
