I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Oh wow yeah I hope they do as well. Did samsung offer a screen replacement on the z flip like they did on the fold? But if its a manufacturer problem surely the warranty will have to come into effect and replace it for free

Yeah they offer one of screen repair at £99.
I contacted Samsung and they was less than helpful.
I have to send it off to let there engineers have a look at it to see if it qualifies as a warranty repair.

So she will have to be without a phone while they look it over. I would have thought you could have taken it to an authorized repair centre for the screen.

I just bought her a note 10
I'm going get screen fixed and sell it.
My Mrs says its last foldable phone she having.

Totally agree this fold is the best phone I've ever had.
Just hope the screen doesn't cracked like it did on her z flip.
Yeah the note 10 on sale just now and she didn't like the look of the note 20.

Guys my inner screen got a green line across the middle so currently getting another sent out tomorrow to swap. They can't check every phone and things like this do happen but ee were fab, just thought I'd share.

Well I phoned EE today and asked about compensation for the late arrival of my phone and was pretty much told I wasn't getting anything as its samsungs fault not there's.
